Warranty
Every custom pc from sonder pc’s comes with a 365 day labor warranty. All components come with extended warranty with the manufacturer directly, sonder pc’s will assist in the process but the client covers all shipping costs. sonder pc’s warranty covers labor costs and techsupport via discord. The client is responsible for any shipping costs of the pc or parts to and from sonder pc’s (if applicable). warranty does not cover labor costs for upgrades nor covers damage or defects that includes but not limited to: normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, failure to perform preventive maintenance, virus or malware installed by client, etc.
RETURN POLICY
Orders made from Sonder PC’s can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The merchandise must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. Proof of purchase needs to be submitted via email.
CANCELLATION
Clients can cancel their order at any time before their pc is shipped. clients will be responsible for a $75 cancellation fee and a 20% restock fee that will be deducted when getting a refund. Refunds must be made back to their original payment method and cancellations must be made with a contact method provided when making the order such as phone number, email, etc.
DISCLAIMER
Sonder PC’s warranty does not cover any software. warranty is voided if bios settings are changed without permission, overclock is done or ownership is transferred. Sonder PC’s obligations under warranty, at its sole discretion to refund, replace or repair a pc that manifests defect in materials or workmanship ceases upon the expiration of the warranty.
